We are seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Coach, playing partner and with some caddy responsibilities for competitive junior . As a Golf Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to prepare student for college D2/D3. Your role will involve teaching advanced junior golf, improving techniques, course management for low handicap golfer and mentor. Recent college golf experience would be great or competitive senior amateur. This role will last from April-September. Opportunity for renewal and a bonus based on performance. Play golf at top courses a long side student!
Responsibilities:
- On the course training and act as an occasional playing partner
- Provide instruction on proper grip, stance, swing mechanics, and other golf techniques
- Assess the skill level of each student and tailor coaching methods accordingly
- Create practice drills and exercises to improve golf skills and performance
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches or staff members as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Golf Coach or in a similar coaching role or competitive experience
- Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, rules, and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback, good sense of humor and loves to play golf
