SalaryWe are a luxury niche fragrance brand that expands within high-end retail stores. The brand offers an ultimate luxurious perfume experience. Innovative fragrances collection and an exclusive level of personalized services, celebrating a new French sophistication inspired by Avant-Garde.
You will work in a fast-pace, luxury department store and have the opportunity to work for a promising Parisian perfume house. As the brand ambassador you will be the pillar to build the brand.
Responsibilities:
· Drive the business by meeting the goals and beyond
· Support business by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Build customer loyalty, develops client/customer relationships
· Inter-sell: manage multiple customers maintaining consistent communication with the sales supervisor and other associates
· Reach out inside and outside of the store (event, clienteling, sampling, social media...)
· Understand and embrace our Company Values
· Consistently up-to-date on the latest product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
· Maintain store presentation to ensure the selling environment is customer-ready

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

- Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Retail sales: 3 years (Required)
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
