Modern Wealth Collective® - Part-time Operations Associate (West Coast)
About the job:
Join a fast-growing financial advising and planning firm and provide support to Lead Wealth Advisor who started the practice 16 years ago. Help with running day-to-day administrative operations while enhancing the client service level and experience. Ideal candidate for this position has desire to maintain efficient firm operations for the long-term.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Act as liaison between Lead Advisor and clients while following FINRA guidelines as a registered Operations Associate.
· Aid Lead Advisor in entering trades instructed by clients or Advisor.
· Aid Lead Advisor in preparing client illustrations, graphs, charts, reports, etc. for appointments with clients.
· Prepare and complete client paperwork via Docusign and follow up tasks to support Lead Advisor.
· Spend time with clients on the phone, via virtual visits and in person to ensure client service level needs.
· Set client financial review meetings based on client service level agreement and prepare follow up meetings based on needs.
· Maintain Lead Advisor’s calendar, our client servicing platform, RedTail CRM, eMoney, current and future tasks and follow up processes.
· Maintain Compliance guidelines, client communication notes in RedTail while following standards in a timely manner.
· Work with Lead Advisor through weekly meetings to help maintain Advisors Business Plan process, tasks, and client communication expectations and follow up processes.
Job Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Some college education
· 3 years required minimum of experience in Financial Services
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong people skills; enjoys constant interaction with clients
· Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and demonstrate exceptional time and calendar management skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Proficient with technology and the ability to learn (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· High degree of confidentiality
· Must pass criminal and credit background checks
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Series 6 & 63/65 or 7 & 66 preferred
- Life, Accident & Health Insurance License preferred
- Redtail CRM Experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay $25-27/hour determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant to start, with opportunity for growth
