SalaryOur sales consultants must have a passion for fashion and a willingness to give five-star customer service to create a memorable shopping experience. He/she must be self motivated to start and complete projects while meeting and exceeding personal sales goals. Applicant must be excited about making clients feel good about themselves. Other responsibilities include merchandising to directive, pricing, and maintenance of the department. Part time positions have the potential to turn into full time ones if goals are met. Also, if sales goals are met, up to a 15% raise can be earned in the first 90 days.
