SalaryThe Department of Computer Science at Eastern Connecticut State University is seeking part-time (non-tenure track) Computer Science instructors for on-ground teaching for Fall 2024. Instructors are needed for the following topics: Introduction to Computer Science, Programming in Java, Programming in Python, and Introduction to Web Development (HTML/CSS). An instructor is also needed for an upper-level Special Topics course that covers any specialized topic in Computer Science. Example special topics include programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript or Unity), Reinforcement Learning, Big Data, or Mobile App Development. Any special topic will be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of knowledge, ability, organization, and proficiency.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
