Job description

Albright College's School of Professional Studies is a dynamic and inclusive learning community, seeking part-time instructors to teach asynchronous online courses in the Masters of Science in Athletic Leadership program. Courses in the graduate program are offered asynchronously online for 5 weeks. We are especially looking for candidates with extensive experience in athletics, through coaching and/or administration, who also have college teaching experience.. Course development would begin immediately for Spring 2024 and courses may be available through Spring 2025. Successful candidates will have a Master's degree or higher in a related discipline. Evidence of successful, effective teaching experience is required, as is experience using a standard learning management system such as Canvas. Training or certification in online teaching, such as Quality Matters or equivalent, is desirable. Demonstration of related athletics experience is also valued.
Applicants should have a strong commitment to teaching in an interdisciplinary liberal arts environment.
