Part Time Dyslexia Tutor

• Be a part of changing students' lives! Join our dynamic team! We are a small but quickly-growing organization in Northern Colorado. We tutor dyslexic kids and adults of all ages, but most of our students are between the ages of 7-12. No experience needed. We will train you in Orton-Gillingham methodology and provide you with all materials.

Be part of a student's success! You will typically be with each student for about 2-3 years, so you will make meaningful connections with the child and the family. We have very little turnover for students or staff.

• Salary: $20/hour to start, with bonuses and raises annually

The tutoring is done remotely over Zoom, so you get to work from home! Tutors who live within an hour of our Windsor center must also commit to tutoring 4 hours IN PERSON on either the first Friday or Saturday of each month. You get to decide what day and what hours!

• Must enjoy learning about language and helping your students enjoy language!

September through May: Must be able to work all 4 days, Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 3:00-7:00pm MST.

June through August: you can pick any hours from 8am-8pm, as long as you commit to work at least 10-12 hours per week with students.

• Must be 21 to apply.
• Must have a laptop computer with reliable internet.
• Must be willing to commit to at least 1-2 years with students.
• Must be on time, organized with paperwork, show up to regular weekly staff meetings online, and be able to work independently and efficiently.
