Part-time Driver/Inventory Clerk

Job Description

Ace Inventory has been in business for over 58 years.

· We perform inventories in both public & privately owned warehouses, supermarkets, liquor stores, convenience stores, insurance jobs, etc.

· We work in NYC, New Jersey, Long Island, upstate New York and occasionally Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

· For job sites not near a subway, we provide transportation from a central Manhattan location.

FLEXIBLE HOURS WORKING WITH A GREAT TEAM

Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Meet early mornings in East Brunswick, NJ to drive to job sites, perform inventory and drive back.

Must be able to work individually or in a group.

Perform inventory in warehouses, retail stores, government agencies, etc.

Counts may be recorded on count sheets or using calculators with tapes and memory.

Qualified individuals must be punctual, pay attention, follow directions & count accurately.

Inventory experience is not required, but is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

Drive to inventory one or more inventory sites (many very early morning meets) and perform inventory clerk duties at specified below at sites

Perform inventory in warehouses, retail stores, government agencies, etc. Record counts on count sheets, inventory tickets, scanners, calculators with tapes and memory or any other media desired by the client.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must drive to and from inventory sites and count
• Must reside in East Brunswick, NJ vicinity
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to be on-time for early morning meets
• Must be adept at use of calculators with memory
• Count accurately
• Follow instructions
• Be punctual
• Learn new skills and concepts quickly
• Be able to work well alone or in a group
• Previous inventory experience is a plus
