Document Scanning Prepping Technician - Part Time

Reporting directly to the Scanning Manager, this person prepares client scanning projects to specifications with a high degree of integrity, discretion, and efficient. You are served well by your attention to detail and your ability to work independently in a small company. With reasonable advance notice, your availability is flexible from Part Time/piece work to some full time work depending on the workload to support the departments need. Hours can be customized for early morning starts to afternoon shifts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete scanning services projects to specifications agreed to with the client, including on time cost and quality control
• Work with Operations Manager to complete prepping documents based on customer requirements
• Remove staples, clips, two prong file hanger, paper clips, rubber bands, envelopes and flatten page corners
• Log start time, end time of file prepping process for pier review
• Prepping and organizing the documents for scanning and naming
• High level of communication with manager and clients to ensure highest efficiency and effectiveness
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Some related scanning job experience is preferred
• Pass 7-Year State and Federal background checks
• No Felony Convictions
• Pass Pre-Employment and ongoing drug and alcohol tests
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work legally in the USA
