Schedule: Part time flexible schedules offered, total of 24 hours per week with possibility of more hours as demands increase. First shift.
- Pick up trash on premises and in creek
- Empty outside trash containers
- Blow off breezeway, parking lot, walking path
- Trim trees and bushes
- General planting
- Basic painting as needed
- Pressure washing upon request
- Assist Facilities Manager as directed
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively; time management abilities
- Ability to walk, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time; lifting up to 50 lbs as necessary
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Clear communication abilities both verbal and written
