We at Loyal Waterproofing Construction, Inc. are a small, Woman-owned business in Hernando, FL (Citrus County). We are a Waterproofing company specializing in Below-Grade (Underground) Waterproofing on Elevators, Escalators, and similar structures before concrete placement. We have done work all over Central Florida, from Gainesville to Tampa, Orlando, Lakeland, and Ocala - and, as of recent, even Denver, Colorado!

We at Loyal are looking for a Reliable, Hard Working Individual with General Construction Experience to Join our Team. No Experience is Required! All training will be part of the work hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assisting in the Installation and Application of Waterproofing Materials, Including;
- Sheet Waterproofing
- Crystalline
- Fluid-Applied Waterproofing
- Traffic Coating

All Field-Work is on an As-Need Basis. We are seeking someone who can handle an on-call or as-needed work schedule. Yard work at the Office may also be provided as extra hours, which includes;

- Cleaning the Work Vehical
- Sorting, Organizing, and Tracking Materials
- Cleaning and Organizing Tools
- Yard-Work / Help Maintain the Office Grounds
- Loading and Unloading Material from the Work Van
- Assisting in the Pre-Fabrication / Cutting of the Waterproofing Material
- Help Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Must have Reliable Transporation / Driver's License
- Must be Able to Work in the Florida Heat / Humidity
- Must be able to Move and Lift 25 lbs Regularly at a Minimum and up to 50 lbs as a Team.
- Our Work Involves Continuous Movement and Bending or Kneeling
- Looking for Someone Who Takes Direction and Works Well with Others
- Spanish Speaking is a Plus (Not Required)
- No Construction Experience Required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
