Responsibilities Include:
- Must Possess a minimum of 5 years Collections & Skip Tracing Experience.
- Strong Knowledge in skip tracing, utilizing current skip tracing technologies, and ability to apply creative skip tracing methods .
- Negotiate payment plans/ arrangements to best benefit the customer and company.
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate updates on all computer files for each call made and/or received.
- Must Posess excellent customer service skills & be able to communicate with various people of different backgrounds; building customer relationships
- Assist customers in finding a resolution.
- Ensure all customers’ information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.
- Follow up on accounts to ensure payments are continuously being made, in accordance will arrangements set.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding customer accounts & client information.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
