Part-Time Cleaning Team Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and experienced individual to lead our Part-time Cleaning Team as a Manager. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our facilities, ensuring a positive environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the cleaning staff and ensure all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement a cleaning schedule and ensure adherence to it.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further training in facility management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisor or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must Have a valid Drive Licenses

Work Environment:

• Part-time position, 15 to 20 hours per week.
• Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
• Pay rate: $20 per hour (No Commission)
• Additional work opportunities available at $11 per hour or commission.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
