Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Mandatory Technology Requirements for the role:
- Must have a data speed of at least 35 MBPS
- Must have the ability to directly connect to the internet through an ethernet cable
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage high call volumes efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to communication scripts for consistent, high-quality service.
- Identify and address customer needs, researching and providing solutions.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with patients, caregivers, and families.
- Maintain organized call records in our database.
- Assist patients with device troubleshooting, replacements, and orders.
- Achieve personal and team performance targets.
- Fulfill other assigned duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Preferably, prior experience in a call center.
- Proficient in phone and verbal communication with active listening.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and rapid adaptability to new systems.
- Customer-centric approach adaptable to various personality types.
- Exceptional multitasking, priority setting, and time management.
- Spanish and English bilingual skills are required
- Mandatory certification or national registration as a Medical Assistant.
