Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of Accuhealth.tech, providing exceptional service to our patients and their families. Mandatory Technology Requirements for the role:
- Must have a data speed of at least 35 MBPS
- Must have the ability to directly connect to the internet through an ethernet cable
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage high call volumes efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to communication scripts for consistent, high-quality service.
- Identify and address customer needs, researching and providing solutions.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with patients, caregivers, and families.
- Maintain organized call records in our database.
- Assist patients with device troubleshooting, replacements, and orders.
- Achieve personal and team performance targets.
- Fulfill other assigned duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong customer service aptitude.
- Preferably, prior experience in a call center.
- Proficient in phone and verbal communication with active listening.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and rapid adaptability to new systems.
- Customer-centric approach adaptable to various personality types.
- Exceptional multitasking, priority setting, and time management.
- Spanish and English bilingual skills are required
- Mandatory certification or national registration as a Medical Assistant.
