Overview of Job Functions (Front Counter, Host / Hostess, Cashier, and Expo):
- Brings a high level of playfulness, service-orientated attitude creating a summer vibe for our guests
- Welcomes guests and exceed their expectations by anticipating the guests' needs
- Manages a cash register accurately handling cash, gift cards, loyalty, and credit card transitions and suggesting "house favorites"
- Works as a team with the back of house crew, expediting orders by accurately communicating, bagging, or traying orders (including all ordered items and condiments) to meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Deliver food to guests' tables, check-in on guests, provide refills, clear trays with the same friendliness you would provide if they were guests in your backyard
- Adheres to food safety procedures
- Restock items for subsequent shifts including paper products and portioning of condiments in accordance with portioning guides
- Ensures all the dining room, patio, beverage stations, to go stations are tidy, cleaned, and sanitized in accordance with company procedure
- Tip pooling: $18 to $25 per hours ($13 - $15 per hour base pay plus on average of $5 - $10 of tips* per hour)
