We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Call Center Coordinator to join our team. As the Call Center coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekend operations of our Call Center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement Call Center policies and procedures to optimize performance and ensure consistent service delivery
- Monitor Call Center metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Call Center staff
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
- Maintain accurate records of Call Center activities, including call logs, performance reports, and customer feedback
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Call Center operations and best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in medical terminology is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
