Your Role: Café Associate

As a Café Associate at Colada Shop, you are at the heart of our customer experience. Your role is crucial in selling and creating beverages and food that adhere to Colada Shop's standards while providing exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience of Cuban hospitality.

Promote Cuban Culture: Embrace and convey the essence of Cuban hospitality and culinary excellence to every guest.

Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every order.

Operational Efficiency: Manage your station with adherence to health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu items, making recommendations and preparing food and beverages to Colada Shop standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all guests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in hospitality, coffee, food, and cocktails preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work authorization in the United States.
