The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Provide overall building supervision, specifically of the outside doors and hallways. Allow only those persons who are involved in the rental activities to enter. Maintain public relations with all attendees/participants of the rentals during scheduled rentals. 70%
- Manage and maintain Senior Center facilities for rentals and programs, which involves opening and closing facilities, seasonal snow shoveling, and performing custodial operations as needed during events. Utilize building keys and operate automated system to enter and exit the building used by the renters. 25%
- Carry out department procedures and maintain necessary records. Propose necessary rules and regulations for the operation of scheduled programs and facilities. Prepare Accident and Incident Report forms. Assist with first aid and emergency care procedures. Assist by recognizing and notifying staff of maintenance issues. Advise center personnel of any facility problems. 5%
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.53 - $18.11 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
