Job Summary
Flora & Lane is seeking a warm, fun, and enthusiastic Bridal Associate who will help with packing orders, participating in creating social media content, and hosting bridal appointments when needed. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in packing orders, the final step in bringing dress dreams to reality for our brides. As a Bridal Associate, you will also work directly with brides to help them find their dream dress. Your goal should be to provide a genuine, joyful, and undeniably memorable experience for all brides and their guests. You will also participate in creating content that resonates with our non-traditional bridal brand's target audience. Our philosophy has always been to be bride-oriented and never sales-oriented. Pay
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour + Commission + Tips
Schedule
Monday-Friday Flexible (at least 2 days per week)
Saturday and Sunday from 10 am - 6 pm (as needed)

Primary Job Duties
- Conduct thorough quality checks on dresses before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards
- Carefully and efficiently pack dress orders to ensure they are delivered in pristine condition
- Document and track orders meticulously to ensure proper record keeping of all orders and their statuses
- Host our brides & their crew and make them feel at home during their bridal appointments
- Work one on one with brides to help them discover their wedding day style and say YES to the dress!
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
- Write notes of important details from the bride during the appointment
- Take measurements of brides to ensure proper sizing
- Compute sales prices, provide price estimates, and receive and process payment via POS systems
- Answer questions regarding the boutique and the dresses we carry
- Provide thoughtful feedback and recommendations on various dresses selected by customers
- Maintain visual appearance and cleanliness of the boutique
- Displaying merchandise and replenishing all merchandise back to rack/mannequins
- Developing knowledge of bridal fashion styles, trends, fit and alterations
- Answering client inquiries and questions via phone and email
- Create TikToks, IG reels, and other short-form video content styling the dresses yourself in the boutique or other creative ideas that will truly engage and captivate our target audience
- Opening and closing store
