The Part-TimeCustomer Service / Bank Teller position earns a competitive wage of $17.00 to $18.00/hour, depending on experience. As a Part-TimeCustomer Service / Bank Teller, you provide outstanding service in every service interaction utilizing your customer service experience. Applying good attention to detail skills and math aptitude, you accurately process transactions for both CCCU and Shared Branch walk-in members, assist members making balance inquires, and balance cash drawer daily. Using good communication skills, you effectively communicate how the available account types benefit customers/applicants and assist them in the selection of the most appropriate one for their needs.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of customer service experience, ability to work under pressure, to work with supervision, to work with computers and to follow instructions. Cash handling, banking, cross-selling and/or sales experience, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish), are all preferred. The Part-TimeCustomer Service / Bank Teller must be available to work Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm (25 hours per week).
