We are looking to hire experienced and engaging caregivers to provide in-home care to a variety of families in Wayne area. Positions are rewarding and fun!
Pay rate: starts at $17 per hour plus performance based incentives and referral bonuses. We offer CPR and First Aid training, if needed.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- We are looking for engaging, child-focused individuals who are willing to have fun, play, read, help with homework, do arts and crafts, and other activities that provide an attentive and safe care environment for the child(ren) in your care.
- Covid-19 vaccination (strongly recommended)
- 2+ years childcare, babysitter, or nanny experience (paid or unpaid)
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to family homes
- Minimum age of 18, valid driver's license
- Hold a high school diploma/GED
- CPR trained or willing to receive training
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check
- At least two high-quality childcare references demonstrating at least 2 years caring for children
