Part-Time Attorney

THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION

Provide assistance to lead counsel in mostly commercial and general civil liability litigation, but also for some transactional matters.

Specifically, the attorney will assist in preparing discovery requests, drafting filings (notices, motions, etc.), conducting legal research, and providing general administrative support.

The ideal candidate has experience, either in law school or in practice, with litigation, and already has experience preparing discovery and legal filings (e.g., notices, motions, etc.).

Also, the ideal candidate is conscientious and has already developed the habit of double- or even triple-checking their work.

This is a part-time, fully-remote position, for approximately 3-15 hours per week. Some weeks will be busier than others, as is typical in litigation.

Pay: $50.00 - $90.00 per hour
