```Duties```
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and develop store associates in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist in scheduling and managing employee work shifts

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and control expenses
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
