We are currently seeking a Part-Time AR Specialist for a temporary opportunity covering a medial leave. Position is expected to be 3-4 months. Will be working onsite.
Pay $23-24 per hour, Part-Time 20-24 hours a week

Part-Time AR Specialist Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for handling the cash applications, invoicing and collections functions
- Prepare the bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Reconcile the AR ledger
- Process customer checks, ACH and credit card payments
- Maintain the AR aging and handle collections as needed
- Resolve any billing variances, research and discrepancies
- Distribute customer invoices via email, mail or EDI
Part-Time AR Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Cash applications experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
