Ravinia Green Country Club, a member of the Invited Clubs Family, is looking for Servers!

Great for College and High School Students, as well as adults looking for a flexible schedule.

This position is year round,

We are a private country club who operates on 18 holes of golf, 3 pools, a work out facility, indoor driving range, dedicated event spaces and Full restaurant. We are looking for dedicated, dependable employees to help us provide the best service possible for our members and guests.

Experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person.

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing food and beverage STAR Service to Members/Guest ensuring satisfaction, Member retention, and coordinating with the other Club departments. Consistently display the 3 Steps of Service at all opportunities to provide service.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

1. Reports Directly To: F&B Director/Service Director/Banquet Manager

2. Also Works For: General Manager, Private Event Director, Captain

DIMENSIONS

WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous F&B experience preferred

EDUCATION: High School Diploma preferred

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: Serve Safe & Basset within 2 weeks of Hire Date.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT: Indoors and in some cases, outdoors

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly

Duties:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking orders
• Delivering food
• Serving alcohol
• Prep or side work
• Preparing bill and processing payment
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes

Desired Skill(s):

• Basic math calculations without a calculator
• Using Point of Sale software
• Using other restaurant software
• Making change accurately
• Using a digital cash register
• Operating a variety of equipment, such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines

This Job Is:
