Thank you for your interest in that cleaning position, here is a basic description of what the job entails.

I am looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/ or weekends between 11a-4p for a 4 Bedroom 4 Toilet and Bath Property.

The basic duties include:

• Changing beds, washing and drying all linens and towels
• Wiping down sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms
• Emptying trash
• Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen
• Washing, drying & putting away any dishes (guest should be doing this but there might be some on occasion)
• Sweep / Vaccuum, the floors
• Mop as needed
• Generally, keep common areas clean and tidy
• ALL CLEANING SUPLLIES PROVIDED

All tasks generally take around 1.5-2 hours to complete.

The pay ranges from $30 to $100 per checkout depending on the size of the property, and is paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days.

Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all. But on average there are around 10-20 reservations a month ranging 1 to 5 days.
