Responsibilities:
The Administrative Floater is responsible for providing personalized customer service to owners, guests, commercial clients, and service personnel in a professional and timely manner. The Administrative Floater must be able to perform a wide range of specialized duties. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to,
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests, owners, etc. upon entry into the Welcome Center.
- Professionally answer incoming calls, take accurate information, and efficiently answer any questions.
- Maintain accurate filing and organization systems (database).
- Provide support to full-time staff, as needed.
- Additional duties, as needed.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with homeowners and guests.
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team-oriented setting.
- Preferred, but not required: Experience in administrative service.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Varies on Experience)
Expected hours: 20-30 per week (Monday - Friday, Weekends as Needed)
