Associate Manager
Duties:
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain inventory stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in financial management tasks, including basic math calculations and record keeping
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective time management
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for financial calculations and inventory management
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
Note: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
