Description of the role:

As a parts stager you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Learning the product components
• Properly cleaning & organizing these parts
• Becoming self sufficient at this organization process
• Conducting ongoing visual inspection of parts, ensuring correct sizes and tolerances, before forwarding to next procedure
• Counting all pieces to ensure correct quantities, and complete necessary paperwork
• Identifying opportunities for improvement
• Maintaining and practicing good housekeeping
• Being on your feet 8+hrs a day
• Being able to lift 20-50lbs daily
• All other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and, or pull 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently.
• Sit, stand, and, walk for 1 – 10 hours per day.
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing.

Starting wage: $16/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm w/ 1hr lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
