PARKING VALET

Summary Description
The Valet performs normal parking & retrieving of vehicles and works in conjunction with other valets and a Front Desk Attendant. This position will report directly to the Front Desk Manager and work with the Valet team. The Parking Valet greets all residents and guest to the property, parks and retrieves residents’ and guests’ vehicles, handles luggage, delivers packages to units, assists in ensuring the building is secure and provides first-class service to all residents and guests in a luxury residential environment.
Regular work schedule for this position will be 11PM – 7AM Friday and Saturday. This is a part-time position with additional shifts available periodically.

Qualifications Required
A valid California Class C Driver License is required.
Ability to conduct property patrols which include indoor and outdoor areas and stairways.
The individual should have completed high school or the equivalent.
Ability to speak and write clearly in English. Ability to communicate with others and maintain logs and records. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals.
The individual must have physical dexterity, ability to operate numerous types of passenger vehicles and have the capacity to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. and the strength and endurance normally required to perform as a Valet on the overnight shift.
