Job Location:VCU Richmond
Job Responsibilities:

• You will meet the VCU lead driver and assist with Parking Lot duties as assigned.
• You will be outside cleaning the storefronts of retail properties: this may include using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues
• You will be provided proper safety equipment (PPE), and will need to wear boots

Job Requirements:

• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots
