Parking Garage Attendant

Attends to vehicles and customers utilizing the Parking Garage. Must be able to drive stick-shift. Background check and drug test required. Nights, weekends, possible.

• Move and drive vehicles as required.
• Maintain courteous and positive attitude. Greets patrons and guests as required.
• Monitors contractors and movers as needed.
• Assist residents and guests with locating their vehicle.
• Ensures that vehicles are parked in their assigned areas.
• Ensures that guests are provided with a valet ticket and keys are obtained.
• Ensures that all guests have paid the correct fee for parking.
• Maintains and stores keys for all vehicles within the garage.
• Ensures all vehicles have a current parking permit.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, information violators of policy and procedures, monitoring trespassers.
• Utilizes Garage Cameras as a tool in the performance of duties.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers, monitors paid parking areas.
• Ensures that there is proper lighting, garage door and other security concerns are operating correctly and the garage is neat and orderly.
• Responsible for coordination of contractors, moving companies and others utilizing the garage area.
• Handles customer and staff complaints or refers them to the Garage Manager.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ability to drive all makes and models of vehicles.
• Able to utilize computer programs, email and in-house software to aid in the accurate reporting of Garage activities.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
