Parking Compliance Agent

We are looking for high energy, reliable people to join our team.

We are looking to fill part time positions

Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:00 pm - 11:00pm

30 Hours weekly

Salary: $18.50 per hour, plus gas allowance.

*Additional compensation possible with excellent performance.

Job Responsibilities: You will be assigned a route where you will monitor parking lots to ensure compliance with parking rules, including issuing parking notices for non-compliance. Must be reliable and hardworking, goal oriented and trustworthy.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be 21years old.

Must have and maintain a dependable vehicle

A valid state-issued drivers and good driving history

Auto liability insurance

Must pass a background check and drug test

Ability to work alone with minimal supervision

Ability to interact with other in a courteous and tactful manner

Ability to exercise proper judgment in dealing with customers and the general public.

Ability to walk for extended periods of time

Ability to work all weather conditions

Ability to use a smart phone

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
