Pararprofessionals

Naytahwaush Community Charter School is seeking both general education and special education paraprofessionals.  We are a small close knit community with small class sizes, serving grades K-6. 

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 2-year degree preferred

Duties include working directly with children, assisting teachers, recess duty, working with children with learning disabilities and other duties as assigned. 

We have a supportive board and the NCCS team is working on innovative approaches to close opportunity and achievement gaps Native American students experience. NCCS believes in "growing our own teachers" and encourages applicants to apply who have an interest in pursuing teaching as a career. If you already have a four year degree we will assist you with getting a Tier I teaching license.
