Paraplanner- Finance

Joel Isaacson & Co. (‘JICO’) is a boutique private wealth firm in New York City that was established over 25 years ago. We provide comprehensive fee-only wealth management services to UHNW clients. A unique combination of sophisticated planning, investment management and highly integrated tax strategies sets JICO apart from its competition.

We are seeking a Paraplanner to join our team.

Essential Functions: (Includes but not limited to):

• Prepare and review Asset Allocation Reports, Investment Performance Summary, Net Worth Schedules, Stock Schedules, and Investment Management Reports
• Enter/maintain transactions in our financial reporting system
• Assist Financial Planners with setup of new accounts and client management reports
• Other support tasks as needed

Qualifications and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
• Able to learn and work with new technologies
• Can do/will do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Financial planning: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CFP (Preferred)
• FINRA License (Preferred)
