Come join On the Move Mobile IV & Medical as we start up a brand new organization for servicing all of Arizona. We are launching in 30-45 days and need a new start up team! We are excited about this opportunity to serve Arizonans throughout the valley by providing health care including IV infusion therapy, weight loss treatment, hormone treatment, and medical care. This is a great time to get started in a very high energetic work experience!
We are looking for experienced and licensed paramedics and registered nurses in good standing in Arizona. This is a 1099 POSITION where you are going to be able to make great money doing what you love! We do a split fee provision of service of 50/50 % . 50% of gross profit of your service to the patient remains with you and 100% of tips are yours to keep! We have scheduling teams and support teams on staff to provide on demand service to our patients to be and our team members. Despite being new and small at this time we have a big mission and we will grow fast with those who come on to serve that have as much drive as we do!

Duties:
- Receive a schedule days in advance or same day at which you can take or leave up to you! Very flexible to your own schedule and needs
- Administer intravenous medications and fluids in a professional way to patients
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions
- Perform good bed side manners
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, as needed
- Provide information on the treatment procedure and be willing to go extra mile
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, when needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including consents when the patient is required to complete.
Skills:
- Strong patient bedside manner skills
- Proficiency in administering intravenous medications and fluids
- Experience working with all ages and culturally sensitive
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Have at minimum 2 years experience in your licensed field
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Paramedic license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in infusion therapy or related field
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Able to be counted on to complete tasks as you agree to complete
