Job Description
Duties and Qualifications:
- Candidates must have experience in a law firm or similar industry and possess superior reading, writing and work ethic skills and be able to draft basic pleadings, motions and general correspondence.
- Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, maintaining attorneys' appointments and court calendars; assist in the electronic filing of court documents and other papers. Administrative responsibilities include assisting in reconciling law firm bank accounts and assisting in general office management and other duties as assigned.
- The candidate must be proficient with computers and be willing to assist and be pleasant with others.
Salary commensurate w/experience.
