Paralegal/Legal Assistant

This is a full time position with an expectation of 40 hours per week. This office operates on 10 hour shifts so each employee gets three days per week off. Primary tasks of this position are to interview clients for basic health and work history information, complete claim forms, communicate with government agencies regarding claim status, and assist clients in understanding each step of a claim process. Requires excellent phone customer service skills, ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks, ability to draft simple letters and respond to written requests for information in a professional manner, working knowledge of MS word and excel, and immaculate organization skills. Some experience in a medical field position is helpful but not required. Work will be completed at our main office located in Spanish Fork. This is a small office environment with 10 team members in the office. Working collaboratively and efficiently with our Wyoming main office will be a primary goal. Business hours weekdays.
