At Paragon Films, our starting pay for entry level line operators who bring industrial experience with a committed work history is $20/hr plus shift differential!
Those that have manufacturing process experience could start as high as $22 or $23/hr plus shift differential!

Bring your muscles too or be ready to build some. Our line operators lift 45lbs on a regular basis and 65 on an occasional basis. So you can cancel the gym membership once you start working at Paragon Films!
And to beat the heat - our Line Ops can wear shorts, t-shirt and tennis shoes!
What do our people do?
- Learn how stretch film is manufactured through the extrusion process
- learn what to look for from a quality perspective as your packing rolls and be able to identify what constitutes a good roll vs a bad roll
- Learn to perform change overs to run different product on the line
- Lots more that is top secret to our products.
