Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Bingo Manager, the Paper Room Clerk issues game sheets, packs and bingo supplies to admission cashier. Controls the flow of supplies in and out of the Paper Room.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep records of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Verify left over game packs, sheets, and bingo supplies after bingo.
- Unpack packages received; examine shipments, and reports quantity/quality problems to Bingo Supervisor.
- Arrange merchandise in Paper Room.
- Keep daily inventories of merchandise.
- Clean and organize the Paper Room as necessary.
- Must understand and comply with departmental internal control regulations.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have knowledge of bingo games and procedures.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be certifiable through the Arizona Department of Gaming / Tribal Gaming Office.
- All successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug testing and on-going random drug testing.
Applicants must be in good physical health as this position requires lifting of heavy objects.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED, a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Excellent counting and organizational skills required.
- Must have knowledge of bingo games and procedures.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
