Description

Summary: Primary responsibilities will include assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting of Industrial Control Panels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build panels and related pieces from electrical blueprints and layout prints
  • Performs panel layout (drilling and cutting holes, pulling wires, etc.)
  • Communicate drawing and BOM discrepancies with electrical Engineering
  • Communicate warehouse, material and parts discrepancies with material handler

  2. Advanced Blueprint reading Skills
  3. Basic knowledge of ANSI/ISO and IEC codes and symbols
  4. Basic knowledge of UL, CSA, NEC and some CE codes
  5. Intermediate knowledge of electrical schematics
  6. Able to layout and assemble 2 door, HL's/SP, MBS, FLs, Vibrator VFD, Concrete Products Panels
  7. Identify parts from BOM
  8. Identify Engineering problems/mistakes and take independent corrective action (BOM/prints)

  3. Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
  4. Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects at one time

Education and/or Experience:

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. Vocational or technical training or equivalent experience preferred
  3. 3-5 years experience
  4. No written performance issues during the previous 6 months
  5. 12 months at previous level preferred
  6. Minimum of 3.2 on last performance review
