- Group is seeking a fellowship trained Palliative Care physician to join our growing outpatient and inpatient Palliative Care program
- Must be board certified to be considered - if fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment
- You will be caring for a patient population with complex medical illnesses including heart failure care
- Provides consultative services in the ambulatory setting as well as inpatient setting at Sharp Memorial Hospital for Sharp Rees-Stealy patients
- Coordinate care with primary Care Physicians, hospitalists, and other specialists
- Perform initial and follow-up patient assessments and formulate treatment plans
- Assist in pain and symptom management

Minimum starting annual base salary of $250,000/year. The posted annual salary is the starting annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives.
