We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Painting Sales Associate/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent customer experience. The Painting Sales Associate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting:
- Target potential residential clients through lead generation, and networking.
- Conduct cold calls, attend industry events, and use other strategies to create a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Client Consultation:
- Schedule and conduct consultations with residential clients to understand their painting needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on color schemes, painting techniques, and project timelines.
- Proposal and Quoting:
- Prepare project proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Generate strong referral relationships with real estate agents, contractors, property managers and others
- Sales Presentations:
- Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our residential painting services.
- Effectively communicate pricing, timelines, and other project details to secure new business.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and management teams on market insights and potential areas for business expansion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential or consumer sales with strong closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to self generate leads through cold calling and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience selling home services or real estate is preferred.
