Location: Lake Wales, FL (Onsite)

General Description

Requirements:

• Safety FIRST mentality!
• Minimum 3-year experience in industrial blasting and painting.
• Minimum 3-years foreman experience.
• Must be available to work variable shifts and abundant overtime.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 70% of the year.
• Must have the ability to oversee a crew.
• Must be willing and able to lead and organize crew members work by trade and skill to accomplish projects on time and safely.
• Must be able to read and understand scope of work.
• Must be willing to work at various heights.
• Must be willing and able to travel in and out of state.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be physically capable of driving a company vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Federal background check and drug screen.
