Painter/Laborer

```Duties```

As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Applying paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture
- Preparing surfaces by scraping, wire brushing, or sanding to a smooth finish
- Mixing and matching paints to desired colors
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine painting requirements
- Caulking gaps and ensuring surfaces are sealed properly
- Performing masonry work as needed
- Installing fixtures and performing concrete finishing tasks
- Conducting trim carpentry work as necessary

```Skills```

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in stucco application techniques
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for painting projects
- Skill in caulking to seal joints effectively
- Knowledge of masonry work for repairs and installations
- Understanding of color theory for proper color mixing and matching
- Experience in fixture installation for property enhancements
- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques
- Capability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Skill in trim carpentry for building and repairing structures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
