Responsibilities – Paint Touch-up Tech:

• Assess and analyze damaged areas to prep for touching up
• Remove rust, fill cavities and dents to create an even surface
• Mask or tape off areas/components prior to paint application
• Mix and match paints to match color specifications or vehicles' original colors
• Paint vehicles with a high level of efficiency
• Check for runs or sags in the paint to ensure a quality product
• Buff and polish vehicles
• Ensure finished product adheres to factory and dealership procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workspace

Qualifications/Requirements – Paint Touch-up Tech:

• Automotive body painting / prepping experience is preferred but not required
• I-CAR certification is preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable attendance
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
