As a Paint Crew Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include coordinating pre-job walk-throughs with customers, developing efficient project plans, and identifying opportunities for additional work. You'll take charge of your crew's safety and performance, overseeing their training and providing ongoing performance evaluations. Attendance records, record-keeping, and regular participation in company meetings are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of verifiable professional paint experience
• Must have 2 years of verifiable crew Leader/leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Must be excited to learn and grow with us
