Job Summary:
- Work as effective member of Pain Management team
- Appropriately direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and procedures
- Interact with outside physician offices
- Assemble charts when needed, accurately organizing per department protocol
- Act as liaison between staff, physicians, and referring physicians
- Review and process consults from referring physicians
- Fax protected health information accurately
- Provide physicians with patient messages and follow up with patients as directed
- Review and ensure patient is eligible for subsequent intervention
- Assist physicians with document deficiencies
- Perform general office duties
