Summary:
Healthcare Talent Support is seeking a dynamic Pain Management Physician to provide the highest level of evidence based medicine to a diverse population as a civilian Physician treating active duty Military and families.
Status: 1099
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
No on-call or after hours
About the opportunity:
Perform as a principal treating physician to provide clinical direction to a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with other health care providers and providing consultative services pursuant to optimal health care deliver to patients suffering from pain.
Provide comprehensive medical and advanced interventional pain treatments to patients with complex pain conditions including consultation, management, monitoring, evaluation, and treatment.
Participate in an on-site designated Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) tele- mentoring training program.
Participate in tele-mentoring, tele-medicine, and tele-consults.
Participate in an on-site designated Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) tele- mentoring training program.
Requirements:
Possess and maintain a current Board Certification in Pain Medicine from the American Board of Anesthesiology accredited by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
Possess two years of clinical work experience within the preceding five years as a Pain Management Physician providing Pain Management services to patients with complex pain conditions.
Possess and maintain a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
