We are seeking a Pain Management Physician for a part-time opportunity in Logansport, IN. The schedule is 2-3 days per week providing patient care within the scope of Pain Management and rehabilitation.

- The physician will be free of any collaborative business responsibilities and focused strictly on patient care.
- We require BC/BE in pain medicine and completion of a pain fellowship program. ACGME may also be required in some locations.
- The physician will have a couple of options to choose from regarding compensation including a 1099 contract with a 2-year income guarantee or as a W2 employee with comprehensive benefits.
